We want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided.  If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the items(s) within 21 days.  If your order is lost or damaged, please contact Susie Seitz King at (661) 492-6721 or email susieseitzkingart@gmail.com as soon as possible.  Please coordinate with us in the event you are returning a package.  Costs resulting from our actions will be absorbed by us, expenses associated with Buyer actions will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

We ship all orders using FedEx2Day Shipping with a 2-3 day delivery within the continental United States. We ship at least once a week. You will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number.

Because we ship FedEx we can only ship to residential or business addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to give us the entire address, including apartment number, street, highway, phone number, etc.

International orders or special shipping requirements are subject to additional fees. Please contact us directly if you have special shipping requirements. We will contact you once we have finalized the final shipping costs.

Purchase Orders from any State or Federal funded institution are welcome. Purchase orders must be a minimum value of $125 and are due within 30 days.

The Susie Seitz King Studio respects the privacy of all of our customers.  No personal information about customers will be shared with any third party with the exception of information provided to shipping carriers to deliver products ordered.
